Pie& is based in Keighley,
West Yorkshire, and is run by Natasha & Craig Blick.
Pie& was established in 2005, when we identified that whilst wedding cakes are in abundance there are few alternatives, especially for those who don't have a sweet tooth. With this in mind we embarked on an idea that was unusual to say the least.
Our pastry was developed over a period of 6 months, with the aid of some market research, in the form of questionnaires. We asked people to taste the pies and then rate them on a scale of 1-10, by the end of the 6 months, we were consistently scoring 9 & 10 out of 10, for pastry, filling and the pie as a whole.
