All of our pies contain no additives and no artificial preservatives, just good, honest, wholesome ingredients.
We have 6 standard fillings for our pies: Beef & Onion, Cheese & Onion (v), Chicken Balti, Steak, Steak & Kidney, & Spicy Vegetable (v).
Our pies are made with a suet based pastry, which gives them the perfect depth and texture, without being dry, fatty or heavy.
We can work with you to create a specific filling for your wedding or celebration pie.
Specialist fillings previously used include: Lamb - slow cooked for 15 hours, with a layer of minted peas. Game - Venison, Pheasant, Beef & Bacon. & Kangaroo!
All of our vegetarian pies are made with vegetarian pastry, as well as vegetarian fillings. We can also use halal meat, or free range chicken in your pies if you prefer.
